What is Trademark Registration?
A trademark can be a unique symbol, logo, phrase, signature, letters, drawings, colour, colour combinations or anything having a distinctive form to mark out your brand from others in the marketplace. It signifies your business or products and protects your brand from being used without your consent.
TRADEMARK CLASSES
The trademark application must specify the category under which goods and services your brand covers. Trademark classes are part of nice classification. Each of the classes consists of a similar type of products or services. A total of 45 trademark classes are there.

HOW TO REGISTER A TRADEMARK?
STEP BY STEP PROCESS

Time frame: 2-3 weeks
- If the application is accepted, the trademark is published in the Official Gazette. At this period, your application is open to third-party opposition. So we can help you by.
- Keeping track of any opposition and responding by filing a response to the opposition.
- If no opposition is received during the opposition period or the opposition result comes in your favour, the application will move to the next and final step.
- Time frame: 1-2 months(depends on country)
- You will receive the official trademark registration certificate granting you exclusive rights. This registration is valid for 10 years from the date of filing.
Each trademark requires periodic renewal to keep the rights active.
